USB PHY Control Register

Fields

USBVREGSEL

Selects the default input voltage source to the USB Regulator in case both VREG_IN0 and VREG_IN1 are powered

0 (0): VREG_IN0 will be selected if both regulator inputs are powered

1 (1): VREG_IN1 will be selected if both regulator inputs are powered
USBVREGPD

Enables the pulldown on the output of the USB Regulator.

0 (0): Regulator output pulldown resistor is not enabled

1 (1): Regulator output pulldown resistor is enabled
USB3VOUTTRG

USB 3.3V Output Target

0 (000): 2.733V

1 (001): 3.020V

2 (010): 3.074V

3 (011): 3.130V

4 (100): 3.188V

5 (101): 3.248V

6 (110): 3.310V (default)

7 (111): 3.662V (For Freescale use only, not for customer use)
USBDISILIM

USB Disable Inrush Current Limit

0 (0): The current limiter for the USB Voltage Regulator is enabled

1 (1): The current limiter for the USB Voltage Regulator is disabled
